The new RamSan-630 offers up to 10-TeraBytes of SLC Flash and 500,000 sustained I/Os per second in a 3U enclosure. This means that users can achieve 1-million IOPS and share bandwidth (4GB/sec soon to be 8) access for their Oracle, SQL Server and other applications using a relatively tiny 6U of rack space.
